Do guests need an app or account?

No. Guests scan your QR code and upload wedding photos or videos directly from their phone browser, without downloading an app or creating an account.

Is Snap the Knot a one-time payment?

Yes. Pay $19 for photos or $29 for photos and videos. There is no monthly subscription, and both packages include 12 months of gallery access.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Create your wedding gallery, test the QR upload flow, and upload up to five photos before choosing a paid package. No credit card is required to start.

Are guest uploads unlimited?

Both paid packages include unlimited guest photo uploads. The $29 Photos + Videos package also includes unlimited guest video uploads and the Live Photo Wall.

Can I move the photos to Google Photos?

Yes. Connect Google Photos and transfer every guest photo into one Google Photos album.

Can I order printed photos from my gallery?

Yes. Choose your favorite gallery photos and order premium 5×7 prints in packages of 10, 25, 50, or 100. Print packages are purchased separately from gallery access and include free shipping.
